As a Regional Finance Manager, you will be a key leader over the Finance function for all operational locations and accounts within the Region. You will be responsible for the preparation of financial and operating reports, conducting financial analysis, and various financial projects. You will work directly with Senior Leaders in Operations and other Support Functions to drive financial results, while also ensuring adherence to proper accounting practices and internal controls.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
• Location: Fresno, California (in office)
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to communicate key financial levers and improve revenues and margins
• Financial Planning and Analysis including the creation and detailed review of annual budgets and monthly forecasts by location
• Report, analyze, and communicate financial trends, data, and analysis to the Corporation and Operators
• Train and develop Finance and Operations teams on financial acumen, policies, and procedures
• Communicate and interact with Clients including attending meetings, making presentations, client reporting, and client deliverables
• Assist with Accounting tasks where needed including (but not limited to) Cash Flow, Cash & Banking, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Capital Expenditures
• Accommodate and oversee various internal and external audits
• Maintain financial records and reports in adherence with Aramark's Business Conduct Policy and all local, state, and federal regulations and codes
• Develop Proformas for new business and revenue growth opportunities
• Assist in operational support and regional support as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the Regional Finance Director.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive financial experience required, including end-to-end P&L management, balance sheet oversight, and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience, including direct reports.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with a cross-functional and geographically disbursed team representing all levels of the organization.
• Ability to see "beyond the spreadsheet", utilizing insights and knowledge to drive meaningful financial impact.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and proper Internal Controls, within a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Driven, a self-starter, with a passion for the Hospitality Industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• CPA/CMA a plus.
