Job Summary
We are seeking a FP&A Manager to join the National Solutions finance team, reporting to the National Solutions FP&A Director.
The individual partners with the business unit finance teams and leaders to drive performance, enable growth, and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities include driving the annual budget, monthly forecasting, strategic plan, and management reporting.
Job Location
This is an onsite role based at our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA.
Job Responsibilities
  • Own the monthly business review and forecasting routines - includes identifying key risks and opportunities and develop relevant action plans with the leadership team
  • Analyze profitability and trends by market/business unit to identify and act on margin enhancement opportunities (pricing, mix, cost management, etc.)
  • Partner with the FP&A Director to prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to National Solutions leadership
  • Enhance and develop tools to support better decision making across the company
  • Own the annual budget and strategic plan process for National Solutions, partnering with the FP&A Director on key assumptions, targets, and timelines
  • Partner across finance and business functions to define, implement, and scale best practices and optimized processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and support business growth across the platform
  • Manage and develop the FP&A analyst(s), driving high levels of engagement and ensuring the team is continuously learning

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience. Prefer significant exposure to manufacturing industry and/or a global public company.
  • Prior people leadership or supervisory experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to coach and develop analysts
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communicator with history of synthesizing/communicating complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Drive Results - Consistently achieving objectives, even under tough circumstances, pushing self and team members to accomplish goals
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a demonstrated history of implementing business process changes and driving innovation
  • Strong project management, prioritization and execution skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Extensive Oracle EPM Planning experience required, SAP or similar ERP system knowledge
  • Mergers and Acquisitions experience a plus
