Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide financial leadership and strategic support to drive profitable growth. This position is accountable for delivering financial and operational results, monthly financial and/or operational reviews, coordinating monthly forecasts and annual budget, business development support, and helping to create efficiencies addressing current process/procedures. This role is a full-time onsite position.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Leads the preparation of the Monthly Financial Reporting packages which is reviewed with Functional Management and/or Executive Leadership team. Consults with senior team members for guidance as needed.
  • Provides financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting support to Senior Management, with frequent interactions with the Senior Leadership Team; responsible for high quality, accurate, on time, insight driven financial and operational analysis and reporting.
  • Develops complex financial models and ad hoc analysis to enable higher level financial insights.
  • Standardizes/Utilizes analytic tools and documents for the global financial, planning and analysis team utilizing Finance systems (Hyperion).
  • Drives communication and consistency among and across functions through development of robust analyses and reporting that can be used consistently throughout the Integer business.
  • Using strong business acumen, collaborates as a cross-functional business partner providing support in developing the strategic plan, long-range plan, budget, and rolling forecast and Annual Operating Plans as well as all financial analysis supporting both P&L and Balance sheet.
  • Recommends actions with business leaders to improve financial performance.
  • Acts as a key communication point with Finance leads in various businesses and corporate functions to explain variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Provides technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline. Interfaces with the Finance, Treasury and Accounting teams, business and site leaders, as well as internal and external audit teams.
  • May assist with financial material for communications with Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors and SEC filings, including preparation for quarterly earnings releases.
  • Supports Supply Chain analysis, capital, and cost savings initiatives with development of good tracking and monitoring tools.
  • Provides cross-functional partnering, analysis, presentations and support to ensure high quality, accurate, and timely reporting and analytics.
  • Supports and participates in Continuous Improvement activities
  • Supports and participates in the lean manufacturing cultural change to drive out waste in manufacturing, finance, and accounting processes
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum Experience: 5-7 years of experience with analytics, executive reporting and/or financial systems experience (Financial systems: Hyperion, Essbase, Oracle and Data Warehouse/BI tools).

Experience within a lean manufacturing environment utilizing Lean Accounting a plus.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Special Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to details required. Demonstrated ability to work under deadlines. Demonstrated ability to influence multiple constituencies. Oracle, Hyperion experience is a plus.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Excellent skills in verbal, written, and presentation communications to all levels and types of management. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including the development of complex modeling. Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Other: Up to 10% travel may be required.

Salary range: $105,600.00- $154,880.00

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
