We are looking for applicants with a proven track record of 2 + years of experience working in a dealership as a Finance/Insurance Manager.

Finance Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide financing options to customer
  • Work closely with sales team to achieve financial services' goals and objectives
  • Offer extended service contracts and owner protection programs to customers
  • Ensure necessary documentation and submission is complete for all deals
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
  • Ensures that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations
  • Oversee completion and submission of Financing documents
  • Acts as liaison between customer and lending institution
  • Ensures adherence to F&I reporting requirements of company
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to standards
  • Promotes and maintains good CSI

Experienced Finance Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years automotive dealership F&I producer experience with proven track record
  • CDK experience, preferred
  • Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
