A Day In The LifeThe Finance and Treasury Analyst is a key member of the Treasury team responsible for supporting daily liquidity management for the enterprise, financial analysis and reporting, and addressing operational requests for both internal and external customers. The role combines analytical, operational and project responsibilities, while providing exposure to corporate finance activities, banking relationships, treasury technology, executive leadership, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

As a Finance& Treasury Analyst your responsibilities will include:

  • Treasury Operations
  • Daily cash positioning
  • In-house bank administration
  • Cash pooling and liquidity management
  • Bank account management
  • Support financing transactions and funding activities as needed
  • Utilize Treasury Management System and banking platforms
  • Financial Analysis, Planning and Reporting
  • Support capital structure and debt financing decisions
  • Analyze interest rate and foreign exchange exposures
  • Develop budget and forecast cycles for the Treasury department and the in-house bank
  • Prepare executive dashboards and KPIs for monthly reporting on cash flow and financing activities
  • Process Improvement and Technology Initiatives
  • Focus on treasury process improvement initiatives centered around automation
  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing and emerging technology solutions, automation tools, AI, and analytics to improve treasury processes and decision-making
  • Business Partnership
  • Interact across Finance teams and the broader organization providing high-quality customer service and treasury solutions
  • Serve as a trusted partner to internal customers across the enterprise
  • Build strong relationships with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, IT and operating businesses to support enterprise initiatives

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree four-year college or university Req
  • 2-5 years and/or training in treasury operations, corporate finance, consulting or investment banking. Required
