Finance Analyst Senior - Level 3
Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
This position reports to the Manager of the F-35 Tools and Processes Team in Fort Worth, Texas and is responsible for developing, documenting, and standardizing finance processes, procedures, and best practices across the F-35 program. The selected candidate will manage multiple high-priority efforts simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and requirements to meet customer needs. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives for Finance and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and serve as a subject matter expert in EV tools and methodologies.
Job duties include partnering with the Program Management Office to ensure successful execution of the annual Contract Estimate at Completion (CEAC) exercise and serving as the primary point of contact for F-35 Finance regarding baseline and EAC changes. The candidate will also ensure that business rhythms are established and maintained to support both internal and external reporting requirements. The role requires strong expertise in Cobra, including supporting the Cobra Administrator with system structure setup and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to streamlining F-35 financial toolsets and reporting capabilities.
The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance to program finance leadership on financial processes and business operations, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures across the program. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate across all levels of leadership, functions, and customer organizations.
