About the Role

The Infrastructure Platform is the team enabling the firmโ€™s ambitious growth agenda. We are looking for a candidate who can connect strategy to execution and help build a planning and governance system that translates platform priorities into operational action.

ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Planning Infrastructure

Build and maintain the planning architecture that links the Infrastructure strategic plan to how functions set priorities, make decisions, and track progress. Operating Model Design

Apply a systemsโ€‘level approach to evolve the Infrastructure Platform operating model. Diagnose design gaps, recommend improvements, and partner with leadership to implement changes in a sequenced, practical manner.

Scorecard and Reporting

Own the design and operation of the Infrastructure strategy scorecard, define metrics, build data collection mechanisms, and produce executiveโ€‘level reporting that clearly illustrates progress, stalls, and reasons.

Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management

Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks and issues across the platformโ€™s strategic initiatives. Manage dependencies, recommend blocker resolution, and provide leaders with timely information and options.

Example Projects

  • AI Enablement Across the Platform โ€“ Coordinate AI adoption, track progress, identify highโ€‘impact use cases, and align tools, training, and governance to accelerate adoption.
Stakeholder Communication and Governance

Design and maintain a governance model that makes accountability clear, build the communication infrastructure, and facilitate crossโ€‘functional stakeholder sessions. Present clearly to senior leaders and executive forums.

Qualifications
