Job description

When you're the best, we're the best. We instill an environment where employees feel engaged, satisfied and able to contribute their unique skills and talents while living and working as their authentic selves. We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.

Serves as the enterprise execution leader for the Data & Digital organization. Ensures that executive strategy translates into measurable business outcomes by driving governance, alignment, and delivery across the highest-priority initiatives.

Operating as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, the AVP provides structure to ambiguity, establishes execution discipline across the portfolio, and ensures enterprise initiatives progress from decision to durable results. Leads without formal authority, influences across functions, and holds initiatives accountable to outcomes and enterprise impact.

Role Responsibilities:

Enterprise Portfolio Leadership

  • Own the integrated D&D initiative portfolio, maintaining a single, enterprise-wide view of priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and risk.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks that align strategic objectives with execution commitments.
  • Ensure portfolio decisions reflect enterprise priorities, capacity constraints, and measurable impact.

Strategy-to-Execution Leadership

  • Translate executive direction into structured, outcome-driven execution plans with clear ownership, milestones, and performance measures.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the organization's most critical, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Drive enterprise alignment by clarifying decision rights, roles, and accountability across business units.

Executive Enablement & Decision Support

  • Provide leadership with concise, high-signal views of initiative health, risk, and tradeoffs.
  • Surface emerging execution gaps and systemic blockers before they impact outcomes.
  • Inform strategic tradeoffs through data-driven insights and scenario analysis.

Operational Discipline & Performance

  • Institutionalize execution rhythm, reporting standards, and portfolio review processes.
  • Ensure initiatives are measured against outcomes and business impact, not activity.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, disciplined follow-through, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 10 to 15+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise execution roles
  • Proven track record driving large, ambiguous initiatives to completion
  • Strong executive presence and comfort working directly with senior leaders
  • Ability to operate independently with limited direction with a strong bias toward action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience operating in matrixed or highly complex organizations
  • Background supporting large, enterprise transformations
  • Comfort navigating informal influence networks
  • Ability to challenge leaders constructively

Key Skills:

  • Strategic thinker with a high level of business acumen.
  • Visionary Leadership: Ability to shape and communicate a clear vision that aligns teams with organizational goals and inspires action at all levels
  • Influencing Without Authority: Demonstrated ability to guide and influence senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Executive Presence: Comfort and confidence in interacting with executive leadership, including the ability to present complex ideas succinctly and compellingly.
  • Outcome-Driven Focus: Proven ability to align operations with strategic objectives, delivering measurable results.
  • Data Interpretation and Insight: Expertise in interpreting complex data sets and deriving actionable insights that influence decision-making.
  • Change Management: Experience leading organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools, processes, or strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders with varying priorities and objectives.
  • Industry Expertise: Recognition as a thought leader in organizational strategy and data-driven operations, including the ability to represent the organization at conferences or thought forums.
