Calling all dedicated home health care professionals! We're Crystal Springs, and we're hiring a full-time Program Director to step into a pivotal role in our Assonet, MA organization. This position earns $54,000-$59,200 per year, depending on education, experience, and Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification.

OUR IDEAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred qualifications:
  • A college degree
  • Certified nursing assistant (CNA) or MAP certification
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience working with adults diagnosed with a chronic condition such as an acquired brain injury (ABI) or intellectual/developmental disabilities (ID/D)

Your responsibilities span across administrative, therapeutic, and clinical areas within our small group home setting. From coordinating daily routines and creating consistent schedules to overseeing therapeutic programming and delivering personalized home health care services, you're instrumental in our day-to-day operations.
You foster a supportive and positive environment where residents can branch out socially, develop healthy life skills, and form positive behaviors while having their medical needs met. Collaboration is key as you work with our care team to deliver quality services. You also ensure our operations comply with relevant regulations and requirements.
