The Product Development organization at SharkNinja drives our global product roadmap from concept to shelf through the constant lens of the consumer. As the "product CEOs," we partner cross-functionally with nearly every team in the company to ensure high satisfaction for our end users and strong business outcomes. Our team is composed of product marketers, engineers, and consumer advocates—all united in delivering a 5-star experience for every product we launch.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive new product development for the Ninja Outdoor category, based onsite at our Needham, MA headquarters, from early-stage concept through to mass production. You will play a key role in executing product initiatives that align with category goals.

  • Manage day-to-day project progress and be accountable for reporting on key milestones, issues, and deliverables. Partner with senior leadership on overall category direction while managing your assigned product responsibilities.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (if applicable), supporting their success on projects and fostering their growth in the organization.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, industrial design, and marketing to translate consumer needs and market opportunities into compelling product specifications.

  • Leverage insights from the Insights & Intelligence team to ensure consumer feedback is incorporated throughout the product development process.

  • Work with quality and testing teams to define and execute performance testing protocols that meet consumer expectations.

  • Manage product costs and coordinate with supply chain, sourcing, and merchandising to ensure feasible and profitable product launches.

  • Support the creation of go-to-market content, including product specs and instructional materials, ensuring a strong and accurate consumer message.

  • Collaborate with customer support and quality teams to develop post-launch FAQs and troubleshooting content for a seamless consumer experience.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for your product line, supporting internal partners with timely answers and insights.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in product development, or engineering—experience with consumer goods or in the outdoor category is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or engineering 

  • Some prior experience managing or mentoring individuals or demonstrated leadership on cross-functional initiatives.

  • Passion for understanding and advocating for the consumer throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

  • Well-organized with strong project management capabilities—able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
