Job description

Job Description As an experienced Delivery Manager, you will work on several product teams supporting LHW's most cutting-edge technology capabilities, including customer databases, middleware, analytics platforms, a CRM system, AI platforms, and customer-facing applications. You will promote Agile values at every opportunity. Your teammates will rely on your expertise and flexibility to iteratively improve their work practices in a high-performance company culture.

This is a full-time position located in New York City. We offer flexible workplace policies that can accommodate candidates who are comfortable traveling to our NYC office location 2 days per week. Responsibilities Serve as a ScrumMaster or Kanban facilitator on cross-functional product teams Serve as a Program Manager to coordinate technical and non-technical work streams toward a common goal Occasionally serve as a Project Manager when iterative methods are not well-suited to the objective Identify and resolve impediments, resolve conflicts, and escalate when needed Manage dependencies between teams Proactively identify and manage risks Minimize meetings, but when they are needed, ensure they have clear agendas, include the right people, and are run efficiently with assigned next steps Hold team members, stakeholders, and vendors accountable to meet high-integrity commitments Protect teams from distractions Coach teams to improve collaboration and outcomes Administer Jira projects, automations, and reports to improve transparency and efficiency Adapt and refine delivery practices for each team, standardizing when appropriate Minimum Requirements, Experience and Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a ScrumMaster on front-end and back-end application development product teams 2+ years of experience as a Program Manager across multiple cross-functional project/product teams Experience managing vendors Proficiency in Jira administration, including JQL-based reporting and automations Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional ScrumMaster (PSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar credential Skills and Abilities Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive, curious, adaptable, self-motivated, quick to learn Very strong written and verbal communication skills Very strong facilitation and problem-solving skills If you are interested in learning more, please reach out to Matt Soltmann, MSoltmann@FriedmanWilliams.com
