Job Description
Delivery Governance:
Prioritize PI commitments and collaborate with PO leadership and team
Work closely with Scrum Masters and Tech Leads to ensure PI execution
Review the release plans and deliverables
Collaboration as required with other teams for cross team deliverables
Review Sprint progress and Sprint retros
Focus on Test Automation as a priority and work on plans with QA lead
Follow through the transition plan and execution
Weekly review of progress - WSR
Oversight of PI backlog grooming and clarifications
Weekly touch point with team leadership (Tech Lead + SM) - Agile Amplifiers
Collaboration with Scrum Masters and RTE tracking progress and challenges
Innovate to streamline teams' performance, financials, processes
Keep track and prioritize the production support triage team for SLA and resolution
Work through transition and ensure seamless experience without impacting the PI
Reporting - Financials + Agile Metrics:
Review of monthly financials with RTE
Stay on top of the budget and plan for execution
Track and review agile metrics
Leadership Reporting:
Publish weekly 5-10 updating about DX train
Share the WSR reporting
Bi-weekly connect to discuss and update about the train - Observations, what can be done better and why, impact of the changes and results, etc.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 150,000 - 160,800.
