Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to support the successful execution of technology and data-focused initiatives. This role combines elements of Agile leadership and project delivery, helping teams stay aligned, managing priorities, removing obstacles, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
* Partner with technical and business teams to prioritize work, manage delivery timelines, and maintain project momentum
* Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact project success
* Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
* Track project milestones, action items, and delivery metrics using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms
* Provide regular communication on project status, timelines, risks, and next steps to both internal and external stakeholders
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, delivery consistency, and operational efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline
* Professional certifications related to Agile delivery, Scrum, project management, or scaled Agile frameworks are preferred
* 2+ years of experience supporting Agile teams, project coordination, delivery management, or related technology-focused initiatives
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders or initiatives
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery processes
* Understanding of project management fundamentals including timelines, resource coordination, risk identification, dependency management, and milestone tracking
* Strong communication, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to proactively identify challenges, drive resolutions, and maintain project momentum
* Comfortable operating in dynamic environments where priorities and business needs may evolve
Preferred Experience:
* Background supporting technology, software development, analytics, digital transformation, data, or emerging technology initiatives
* Experience utilizing project and work management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or comparable tools
* Exposure to Agile software development teams, product organizations, engineering groups, or data-focused environments
* Experience working within highly regulated or compliance-driven industries is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
