Responsibilities
• Own the full program lifecycle - initiation through closure - for Pega platform implementations across Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance.
• Build and execute risk management plans that protect Pega deployments from disruption in financial services and insurance operations.
• Set and monitor program controls to keep Pega implementations aligned with regulatory, compliance, and quality standards in BCM and Insurance.
• Align with Pega system architects and developers on strategy and resource allocation across domain-specific workflows.
• Deliver executive reporting on Pega program status - milestones, risks, health - with domain-specific KPIs.
Experience and Skills
• 15+ years in program management, with deep experience in Pega platform implementations.
• Track record managing complex, large-scale Pega deployments as a program lead.
• Strong grasp of Pega's capabilities and how to apply them across business units.
• PgMP or PMP certification, ideally with a technology-implementation focus.
