This role is responsible for establishing and leading program controls functions across a portfolio of healthcare capital projects, integrating cost, schedule, risk, progress measurement, and reporting into a cohesive decision-support framework.The Senior Program Controls Manager will provide executive-level visibility into program performance through disciplined controls governance, portfolio reporting, schedule analysis, and risk management.
