As a Sr Program Controls Scheduling Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing program controls with a focus on scheduling to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of projects by providing expert scheduling support, monitoring project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules and milestones.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles with a strong emphasis on scheduling.
  • 3 years of proven expertise in developing and managing project schedules using industry-standard scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
  • 3 years of strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies related to scheduling and controls.

  • Development and maintenance of fully logicdriven Primavera P6 schedules
  • Ownership of baseline schedules, change integration, and rebaseline governance
  • Independent critical path and nearcritical path analysis
  • Schedule risk identification and recovery scenario modeling
  • Progress validation and schedule integrity checks
  • Forecasting of key milestones to support leadership decisionmaking
  • Compliance with EPC execution standards and client audit expectations
