Leidos' Defense Sector Mission Assurance is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama and serve as the program-level focal point for quality data, deliverable compliance, and mission assurance reporting. The Program Analyst manages program documentation through the EPLM system, supports contract deliverable (CDRL) screening and pre-delivery review with the Government customer, builds the reporting metrics and traceability the Mission Assurance team reports against, and maintains the operating procedures that keep program execution aligned to the Quality Management System.
This position reports to the Program Quality Manager, Defense Systems Mission Assurance, and works as an integrated member of the Quality program team alongside Engineering, Program Management, Configuration Management, and the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) team. The Program Analyst represents the Mission Assurance group in program and customer forums, develops and delivers reporting on nonconformances and program compliance, and participates in internal, external, and third-party audits against AS9100 and AS6500 requirements and standards.

Primary Responsibilities.
Document Management & Deliverable Compliance
• Upload, manage, and maintain program documentation within the EPLM system, ensuring records are correctly indexed, revision controlled, and retrievable for program and customer use.
• Work with Configuration Management to ensure CDRL deliverable records are properly screened for contract compliance.
• Support pre-delivery review of CDRL deliverables with the Government customer, verifying content, format, and contractual requirements prior to submittal.
• Work with PM Quality to prepare, review, and issue deliverable reports on the cadence required by the program.
• Verify that documents released to the customer are at the correct revision and traceable to the applicable contract requirement.
Metrics, Reporting & Data Analytics
• Create reporting metrics that satisfy program-level reporting requirements and provide traceability for the Mission Assurance team.
• Create reporting metrics on nonconformances and format them for delivery to the Government customer.
• Work with the MES team on the Power BI reporting tool to ensure reporting reflects program scope and contractual compliance.
• Compile and analyze quality data from Solumina and other program data sources to support trend analysis and decision making.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reporting products so program leadership, Mission Assurance, and the customer work from a single current data set.
Communication, Presentations & Team Integration
• Attend, conduct, and create presentations on behalf of the Mission Assurance team for both the Program Management team and the Government customer.
• Work as an integrated member of the Quality program team alongside Engineering and Program Management as a representative of the Mission Assurance group and the Quality Management System.
• Communicate status, risk, and data findings clearly across multiple levels of management and customer teams.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Program Quality management team.
Basic Qualifications.
• BS degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 2-6 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a High School diploma/GED or equivalent education and 10 years of relevant Quality experience will be considered.
• Ability to solve complex problems, work effectively with other team members, and communicate with multiple levels of management and customer teams.
• Ability and communication skills to conduct both in-person and virtual meetings with customers and management.
• Working knowledge of Windchill/Agile EPLM programs.
• Solumina and Solumina-based data compilation skills.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Minitab, and JMP data analytic programs.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS6500 standards and requirements.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, JMP, and Minitab.
• Ability to work full time with minimal supervision and adjust priorities based on workflow to meet program-based requirement deadlines.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area at their own expense.
• Must be a US Citizen and possess, and be able to maintain, a Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Experience with Solumina or other Manufacturing Execution System (MES) programs.

• Experience building automated workflows in Power Automate.
• Experience developing dashboards, data models, and reports in Power BI.
• Experience building or administering SharePoint sites, lists, and document libraries.
• Proficiency collaborating, hosting, and presenting through Microsoft Teams.
• Statistical analysis and data visualization experience using JMP.
• Statistical analysis and data visualization experience using Minitab.
• Prior experience supporting DoD programs or prime contractors.
• Active Secret clearance.
