Job Summary and Qualifications

The Associate Financial Analyst is responsible for performing new member recruitment cost analysis and product cross-reference comparisons ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of the program’s pricing benefits. Execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.

What you will do in this role:
  • Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits.
  • Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert.
  • Manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.
  • Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue.
  • Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program.
  • Utilizing data query tools, such as Sales Reporting, CatScan, vendor spreadsheets, etc. to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Graduate/Equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare, particularly healthcare group purchasing - Preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in Medical product knowledge - Preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience - Required
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge/Familiarity with medical products/supplies
  • Ability to multi-task and strong project management skills required
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required
  • Effective customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially demonstrated ability/expertise with Excel
