Job Summary:
The Meal Program Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the meal program by providing excellent customer service, coordinating meal deliveries and shuttling, managing communications, and ensuring timely support for clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Job Requirements:
This position is essential in maintaining the Meal program's daily activities without interruption
  • Provide professional customer service support to employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Coordinate and support daily meal program operations and meal distribution activities.
  • Shuttle meals and supplies between designated floors as required.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and provide timely issue resolution.
  • Send and manage email notifications related to meal deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records, and logs.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports, track information, and update reports.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients regarding food deliveries and service updates.
  • Monitor meals received and ensure proper handling and delivery procedures are followed.
  • Support special meal requests and escalations as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
