Respiratory Therapist - Full-Time Position
Location: Ohio
Salary: Competitive Salary + Benefits

Position Overview:
MLR Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Ohio. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients across various settings, including acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient clinics. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory conditions using advanced therapeutic techniques and equipment.
  • Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and aerosol treatments.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and self-management techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards and facility policies.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Care Program (Associate's degree or higher).
  • Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Ohio.
  • NBRC certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is preferred.
  • Previous clinical experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
