Saint Francis Hospital, a leader in advanced interventional and neurointerventional care, is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our high-performing IR team. You will play a vital role in supporting physicians in a broad range of image-guided procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scrub and assist with a variety of interventional and neurointerventional radiology procedures, including:
    • Trauma and emergent embolization
    • PE and DVT interventions
    • Venous reconstructions
    • Oncology procedures including Y90 and ablations
    • Dialysis interventions
    • Biliary interventions
    • Pain interventions
    • Acute stroke thrombectomy
    • Aneurysm treatment
    • MMA embolization
    • Carotid artery stenting
  • Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies
  • Procedural and imaging documentation

Technology & Equipment

  • Siemens angiography suites
  • Philips ultrasounds
  • EPIC EMR
  • Visage PACS
  • SpaceTrax inventory management system

Schedule & Benefits

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • Call required (with premium pay)
  • $7,500 sign-on bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day one

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Associate's degree)
  • ARRT certification
  • Connecticut Radiographer License

Preferred:

  • Previous experience scrubbing or assisting in IR cases
  • ARRT (VI) Vascular-Interventional certification (or willingness to obtain)
