Lead Target Setting: Develop and execute an integrated quota-setting framework that drives business success.3. Drive Performance Insights: Translate raw data into actionable performance recommendations and accurate sales forecasts.5. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, and Central teams to streamline and execute operationsBasic Qualifications1. 4+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, or GTM Operations.2
