Job Overview:
Pay Range: $19.90hr - $22.12hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
- 2–4+ years of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- File daily purchase order to SharePoint site.
- Upload shipping paper to SharePoint site.
- Organize shipping papers for the drivers.
- Manage records for Field Storekeepers including inspections, cycle counts, backhaul paperwork, and environmental inspections.
- Help execute events including snacks, games, sign-in sheets, meals, and decorations.
- Confirm picks on Command.
- Move material in Command.
- Prepare monthly safety meeting reports and meals.
- Record minutes and take notes in meetings.
- Perform data input into Excel.
- Order and keep office supplies stocked.
- Place facility and unit work orders.
- File facility and unit inspections for warehouse and storerooms.
- File cycle counts for warehouse and storerooms.
- Order meals, snacks, and drinks during storms.
- Assist in Maximo.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and office records.
- Coordinate office activities and support team operations.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Assist with expense reports and basic budgeting tasks.
