Cash Connect, a division of WSFS Bank, is currently seeking a Program Analyst. The Program Analyst is responsible for supporting both our systems analysis and project governance functions. This role is responsible for eliciting business requirements, supporting the design and implementation of technology solutions, and ensuring the effective execution and reporting of key projects within the Cash Connect division. This position bridges business and technology, ensuring the project outcomes align with business goals, timelines, and compliance standards.

This position requires the incumbent to work in-person 4 days a week based out of our Newark, DE office. The 5th day is a work from home day.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Work closely with development/IT team to translate requirements into technical specifications suitable for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Conduct gap analysis, business process mapping, and workflow design. Recommend improvements to business processes and system functionality.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision making.
  • Develop data mapping, schema structure and manage system dependencies.
  • Support project lifecycle documentation (charters, business cases, plans and closure reports).
  • Track project milestones, schedules, budgets, risk and deliverables using PM tools.
  • Generate and maintain dashboards and project status reports for leadership.
  • Ensure project adherence to the division and enterprise PMO standards, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and compliance requirements.
  • Design and develop reporting solutions using SQL tables and databases, leveraging a strong understanding of SQL joins, data relationships, and query optimization techniques to deliver accurate reporting while maintaining database performance and stability.
  • Collaborate and support system design, testing (UAT, SIT), seamless deployment, integration of systems and user training.
  • Respond to and resolve one-off business/system ticket requests that fall outside structured project work by tracking, triage, prioritizing and assigning.
  • Other duties as defined.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related business or technical field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination or PMO roles.
  • Relevant certifications such as IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) or PMI (Project Management Institute) preferred.
  • Banking and/or financial services industry or cash logistics experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills, ability to use SQL for complex data analysis is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with creating and maintaining project management dashboards. Experience with Tableau and Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management tracking tools to plan, track, and report on project activities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Must be able to demonstrate effective and professional written, verbal, and non-verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and produce high-quality project documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze existing business processes, identify issues, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Must have proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships and quickly learn current business challenges.
  • Must have proven ability to quickly learn new areas, as well as solid understanding of all major parts of the business.
  • Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

Salary Range:

$64,491.00 - $105,949.50

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
