About the Position: This is a Program Analyst (Human Resources) position in the Commanding General, G1 Human Resources Directorate office is located at U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) with duty location of WSMR (merit).
Qualifications:

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience.Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes(1)managing intern and developmental HR programs; (2) coordinating recruitment and outreach partnerships; and (3) analyzing HR data to support training and employee development initiatives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower level/grade position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11).
