- Leading program operations and coordination by managing daily office activities, maintaining program calendars, coordinating classroom and exam scheduling, serving as a primary liaison for students, faculty, staff, and university partners, and ensuring effective program communications.
- Supporting program leadership and governance through complex administrative support to the Associate Dean of Professional Nursing, Program Chair, Academic Success Program Manager, and program committees, including scheduling, correspondence management, meeting coordination, and maintenance of program resources and policies.
- Enhancing the student experience by coordinating advising processes, faculty advisor and peer mentor assignments, tracking student progression and milestones, supporting student success initiatives, and assisting students with program-related questions and concerns.
- Managing data, reporting, and accreditation activities by maintaining program databases, preparing annual and regulatory reports, supporting accreditation self-studies and site visits, collecting program outcome data, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
