About the Role:
Join Quadrants Development LLC as a Construction Superintendent and lead our dynamic team in delivering high-quality projects in Wixom, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project alignment.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:
