Job description

We're looking for an experienced Class A driver to join our team at Wilson Lumber — a family-oriented building materials company that's been serving the Southeast since 1949. You'll be delivering trusses and structural materials to job sites across a 200-mile radius, operating specialized equipment, and being the face of Wilson Lumber on every stop.

What you'll do

Load, haul, and unload roof trusses, floor trusses, and LVL packages to job sites — secured and on time, every time.

Operate forklifts and unloading equipment to place materials where the crew needs them.

Represent Wilson Lumber professionally with builders and contractors — your relationship with the customer matters.

Follow company and DOT safety standards and optimize your routes for efficiency.

What we're looking for

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record — non-negotiable.

5 years of CDL experience, including at least 2 years hauling oversized or wide loads.

Customer-facing experience a plus — you'll interact with job site crews daily.

Comfortable with physical work and variable outdoor conditions.
