What You'll Do

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Support café, catering, concessions, banquet, and event operations
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Assist with food preparation, station setup, and service execution
  • Restock workstations and maintain inventory throughout service
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house and culinary team members
  • Support special events, concerts, weddings, and seasonal programming
  • Help create exceptional dining experiences for every guest

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Minimum 1 year of cooking, food preparation, catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience
  • Passion for food quality and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred

  • 2+ years of culinary or line cook experience
  • Catering, banquet, or event cooking experience
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience working in high-volume kitchens
