• Conduct individual therapy sessions while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on real-time feedback and therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care plans, providing referrals to specialists as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s wellbeing.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, utilizing our integrated systems to track client outcomes effectively.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver personalized treatment tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, particularly focusing on issues faced by women aged 35-55, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management.

Your primary focus will be on individual clients, particularly women in their mid-life stage, who are navigating significant life transitions. Your approach will be sensitive and tailored to address a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics, providing essential support and strategies to empower them in their journeys toward healing and wellness.

• An active Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• At least two years of direct counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical skills and therapeutic modalities.
• A strong grasp of ethical and legal standards in counseling practice to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience working with mid-life women facing emotional and psychological challenges, tailoring interventions to their unique situations.
• Background in community mental health settings or private practice with a focus on building accessible healthcare.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems to enhance service delivery.
