ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Part-Time Sales Stylist at Jaxen Grey's Hilldale store, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and inspiring retail environment. You'll help bring our brand to life by engaging with customers, providing personalized styling, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
This role is a great opportunity to develop hands-on styling experience, build client relationships, and join a team that values style, service, and community. You'll work closely with store leadership and fellow stylists to drive sales, deliver outstanding service, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and cared for.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE...
  • Driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Meeting personal sales performance expectations, including maintaining an Average Transaction Value (ATV) of $170 and 2.0 Units Per Transaction (UPT)
  • Building, nurturing, and maintaining client relationships
  • Assisting customers at the register with friendliness and efficiency
  • Maintaining store visual standards by straightening merchandise, cleaning, and supporting floor and fixture changes
  • Restocking product and keeping the sales floor neat, organized, and shoppable
  • Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of Jaxen Grey's product assortment to provide expert recommendations
  • Promoting and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment and reflecting Jaxen Grey's culture
