The Manager must bring experience in philanthropy and CRM adoption for small-to-medium non-profit organizations, with an ability to scale to a national platform. The role requires balancing platform governance with business needs. This position reports to the Senior Salesforce Administrator.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Translate diverse business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear definitions of success.
  • Partner with advancement, finance, and program teams to understand business processes and optimize Salesforce to support holistic customer relationship management.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for Salesforce initiatives, including defining scope, setting timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and external partners/vendors to deliver platform solutions and integrations
  • Develop and maintain governance processes for data integrity, user adoption, and change management.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring platform solutions are user-centered and mission-driven.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record acting as a product owner/manager: backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery
  • Familiarity with fundraising operations, donor engagement, campaign tracking, and grant management processes
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities across teams and functions
  • General knowledge of soccer
  • Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission.

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strategic hustle and work ethic with diversity of thought
  • A background in, and passion for, soccer, sports and/or entertainment is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and priorities
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish, preferred)
  • Collaborative, team-player with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve issues that face a growing company
  • Proven ability to set and deliver on clear, ambitious goals and to be accountable for results
