Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach - Make a Difference in a Child's Day!
Looking for a fun, flexible part-time job where you can stay active, be a positive role model, and make a real impact?
Join Soccer Shots, the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2-8!
At Soccer Shots, we're not just teaching soccer - we're helping kids build confidence, character, and friendships through play. Our nationally recognized program introduces young children to the game in a way that's fun, high-energy, and age-appropriate.
Our goal is simple: To leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead fun, engaging 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2-8
  • Create a positive and energetic environment where kids can learn and grow
  • Help make Soccer Shots the best part of each child's week
  • Track attendance and communicate with leadership as needed
  • Distribute end-of-season prizes and celebrate each child's progress

No coaching experience? No problem - we provide all the training you need!
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
  • Responsible - Shows up on time and prepared
  • Professional - Friendly with parents and school staff
  • Enthusiastic - Loves working with young children
  • Outgoing - Willing to be animated, energetic, and even a little silly!
  • Reliable - Able to commit to a consistent schedule for a 6-8 week season
  • Communicative - Responsive and able to stay in touch with the team

Soccer experience is preferred, but not required.
Experience working with children is a big plus!
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
  • High school diploma
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a background check
