HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL A Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this dedicated Class A driving opportunity.

This role requires dependable, safety-focused drivers who can consistently manage regional dedicated routes, handle unload responsibilities efficiently, and maintain strong delivery performance while operating across multi-state freight lanes throughout the South and Midwest regions.

HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CDL A sleeper trucks safely across dedicated regional routes
  • Transport dry freight while maintaining delivery schedules and freight integrity
  • Unload freight using roto-carts and lift gates at delivery locations
  • Complete approximately 3 loads weekly with multi-stop deliveries
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, mileage reporting, and transportation documentation
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, and operational concerns
  • Adhere to all company safety standards and federal transportation regulations
  • Maintain professionalism and operational consistency throughout assigned routes
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
  • Valid CDL A license
  • Proven dedicated, regional, or long-haul driving experience
  • Ability to unload freight using roto-carts and lift gates
  • Strong DOT compliance and safety history
  • Comfortable operating sleeper cab equipment
  • Ability to manage multi-stop delivery routes efficiently
  • Strong attendance, route planning, and time management skills
  • Stable and consistent employment history
  • Must reside within required hiring radius:
