Job Description

Description: 


Guide multi-disciplinary development teams. 

Facilitate team information and work flow. 

Remove barriers to create timely and cost effective processes. 

Share budget, schedule, milestone, and benefit decisions with associated units. 

Partner with directors, producers, engineers, artists and other project managers. 

Plan, coordinate and track processes and project resources. 

Prioritize project goals and deliverables. 

Capture and recommend best development practices. 

Work with financial management. 

Analyze and anticipate project risk and drive mitigation strategies. 


Required: 


Seven or more years' experience as a project manager providing interpersonal facilitation and communication between multiple software teams. 

Understand the technical aspects of product development. 

Reporting tools such as MS Office, Project, Visio etc. 

Process focused with attention to detail and timely follow-up with strong organizational skills. 

Implement projects in partnership with co-workers, developers and business units. 

Degree, Agile development, scrum experience is a plus.
