Job description

Position Description:Service Specialists of City Uniforms & Linen will service remote customers as a daily, on-site presence. At all times a Service Specialist must represent our company in a professional, motivated and cheerful manner.Major Areas of Responsibility:- Receive clean, pre-packaged scrubs and keep a current inventory.- Monitor and maintain levels in the scrub dispensers on-site, maintaining a pre-determined quantity.- Be available to correct machine malfunctions.- Remove soiled product from machine and stage the product to be picked up.- Report daily on condition, functionality and size trends of the operation.- Effectively interact with medical staff to ensure scrub program is meeting their needs.- Update user database by entering new personnel and removing those no longer employed, in a timely, detail-oriented manner.- Communicate with Findlay plant for specific needs.
