We are seeking a commercial insurance producer to identify businesses we can assist with risk management. Limited paperwork required, this is strictly a producer role. Agency staff will handle marketing of risks.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and work personally with prospective clients.

Drive sales by making contact with businesses that fit our target client profile, and by networking in order to expand agency reach.

Ability to provide professional risk management advice. Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers covering a variety of risks.

Job Requirements

Seeking a self-starter with 2+ years of sales experience

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced setting required

We require strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and the desire to expand your knowledge base within the insurance industry.

We need an individual that has a strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.

Property and Casualty Licensed prior to hire or ability to obtain license within first 30 days.

Reliable transportation required.
