How Would You Accomplish This?
  • Adhering to safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.
  • Analyzing data and using statistical tools to identify trends and generate actionable insights to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate corrective and preventive actions in response to customer complaints and non-conformances. You will manage the investigation and resolution process from start to finish, ensuring the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
  • Use your expertise in root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues, ensuring that problems are resolved at the source. You will apply 8D methodology to structure problem-solving processes and develop effective solutions that prevent recurrence.
  • Oversee the non-conformance process, including identifying, documenting, and tracking quality issues. Work closely with production teams to address any deviations from product specifications.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards. You will lead internal audits and ensure the manufacturing processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement process improvements. You will leverage Lean and Six Sigma principles where applicable to reduce waste, improve quality, and streamline production processes.
  • Provide guidance and training to production teams on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices. Act as a quality ambassador within the organization to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
