Job description

We are seeking motivated and hardworking Apprentice and Journeyman Plumbers with commercial construction experience. The ideal candidates will assist journeyman and master plumbers in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings while gaining hands-on experience in pipe installation and related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial construction projects.
  • Work with various types of pipes, including PVC, copper, and cast iron.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble pipes to precise specifications.
  • Help read and interpret blueprints, plumbing schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Support the installation of water supply and drainage systems under supervision.
  • Learn to test plumbing systems for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting plumbing issues and making necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors to complete projects on time.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbers License. (Varies by State)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing work.
  • Enrollment in or completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.
  • Basic understanding of plumbing systems and pipe installation.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass background check.
