The role:

We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Belgrade, Montana.

This is an opportunity to work on challenging commercial projects alongside a team that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and doing the job right. At Central, you'll have the autonomy to apply your skills, the support of an experienced team, and opportunities to continue growing your career while helping build some of Montana's most respected commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on commercial projects
  • Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify plumbing issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop project plans and execute them efficiently.
  • Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with general contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Valid Journeyman Plumber license (Montana)
  • Versed in building codes
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing projects
  • High standards of quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
