Job description

We are looking for dynamic fitness minded individuals, with a passion to help others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. Our ideal candidate(s) will embody the BEST FITNESS culture by delivering the safest, specialized one-one-one training to our members.

Certified? Not Certified?

Certification preferred but not required!

At Best Fitness we provide a comprehensive in-house training program through our apprenticeship, as well as discounted continuing education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. (NASM)

Day in the life of a Best Fitness personal trainer

  • Guide member(s) through in person training programs.
  • Stay connected with clients by developing digital workouts and wellness goals through Best Fitness app.
  • Deliver energized group fitness classes including our signature BFITT60 group training program.
  • Build positive, lasting relationships with our Best Fitness members.

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

• Must hold a nationally accredited personal training certification (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NSCACPT, ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFPA, NFPT, or PTA Global).

• Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in personal training is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

• Ability to reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.

• Capable of lifting and moving up to 75 pounds.
