Job description

Kao USA is seeking an experienced Packaging Commercialization Manager to lead our Supply Chain packaging group. The role is responsible for planning and execution of production trials for the purpose of commercializing New Product Development initiatives. You will create and maintain package component technical specifications.

The team also provides technical support services for all commercialized products. You will also directly manage a team of engineers.

What you will do:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead Project Management Packaging team in all scale up and optimization activities.
  • Technical Support: Work alongside Project Management Packaging team as a hands‑on resource to assist with troubleshooting technical packaging problems and identifying corrective actions.
  • Managerial : Provide training, coaching and overall performance management to team to achieve high productive output, strong morale and effective individual development.
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong technical aptitude of packaging materials & processes
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and develop teams
  • 10+ years of professional experience
