• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family counseling sessions using effective therapeutic techniques to promote mental wellness.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Stay informed on the latest developments and research in mental health counseling to continually refine therapeutic approaches.
• Participate actively in clinic staff meetings and ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The LPC will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. We emphasize a client-centered approach, adapting counseling techniques to meet individual needs and backgrounds, thereby fostering inclusivity and understanding.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee, in good standing.
• Demonstrated competence and experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborative partners.
• Commitment to continual professional development and staying ahead of mental health trends and methodologies.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.
• A track record of successfully managing a caseload of diverse clients, showcasing an ability to adapt to varied therapeutic needs.
