HVAC Service Manager - Lead a High-Performance Team and Raise the StandardLocation: Eugene, OregonCompensation: $90,000-$110,000 base salary + performance bonus tied to gross profit and team resultsJoin Our TeamAt Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air, we are not looking for someone to simply "manage" a department.We are looking for a leader who builds one.This role is for an HVAC Service Manager who has already proven they can develop technicians, drive performance, and hold a high standard in a fast-paced residential service environment. You will be responsible for shaping the culture, performance, and results of our HVAC service team.This is a field-driven leadership role. You will be in the trucks, in the homes, and in the day-to-day coaching of technicians. The expectation is simple: raise the bar and help people perform at a higher level than they thought possible.If you are looking for structure without accountability, this is not the role.
