ClearWorld is seeking a high-caliber, self-motivated Strategic Territory Sales Executive to lead our expansion across the Southeast. We provide patented Solar LED technology for large-scale infrastructure projects. This role is designed for an elite hunter managing an average deal size of $150,000 and a high-velocity annual portfolio.

Territory: South Central (TX, OK, NM)

Industry Focus & Target Accounts

  • Departments of Transportation (DOT): Implement off-grid highway and transit lighting.
  • National Developers: Integrate sustainable lighting into master-planned developments.
  • Municipalities & Utilities: Partner with City Managers and Public Works Directors.

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Base Salary: $60,000 per year.
  • Uncapped Commission: 2% of gross sales ($3,000 per average deal).
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Expected total cash of $160,000 – $360,000+ based on achieving the $5M–$15M performance range.
  • Expense Coverage: 100% reimbursement for all travel, mileage, and lodging.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Consistently meet a minimum annual quota of $5M, with the drive to scale the territory to $15M+.
  • CRM Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM expertise (e.g., Salesforce) to meticulously track, manage, and forecast a complex, multi-million dollar sales funnel.
  • Independent Drive: Act as a self-motivated leader, managing your own schedule and territory with minimal supervision to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Consultative Leadership: Present technical and financial ROI models to DOT professionals and national development executives.
  • Territory Presence: Maintain a consistent "road warrior" schedule with daily travel throughout the Southeast region.

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of success in Strategic Outside Sales managing a $5M–$15M+ annual quota.
  • CRM Experience: Demonstrated experience using a CRM to manage long-cycle, high-value infrastructure deals.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently in a remote/field environment.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in consultative selling for DOT projects or large-scale commercial infrastructure.
  • Mobility: Commitment to daily regional travel and necessary overnight stays.
