Welcome to Harvest Christian Fellowship, a vibrant, non-denominational church founded in 1973 by Pastor Greg Laurie in Riverside, California. For over five decades, our mission has been simple yet profound: Knowing God and Making Him Known. We are a community of believers dedicated to fostering a deep relationship with Jesus Christ and sharing His love with the world.
Our Story
Harvest began humbly as a Bible study led by a young Greg Laurie during the Jesus People movement of the late 1960s. What started in a small gathering has grown into a multi-campus ministry with locations in Riverside, Orange County, and Maui. Today, with a weekly attendance of over 9,000 people, Harvest remains committed to biblical teaching, authentic worship, and meaningful fellowship.
In 1990, Pastor Greg launched the Harvest Crusades, a large-scale evangelistic event that has reached millions with the Gospel.

What you'll do
  • Attends and actively participates in all scheduled rehearsals and worship services.
  • Plays assigned instrument(s) or sings as part of the worship team.
  • Learns and prepares weekly setlists provided by the Worship Director or team leader.
  • Maintains punctuality and a spirit of cooperation with fellow team members.
  • Follows the musical direction of the Worship Leader during services.
  • Assists with basic setup and breakdown of equipment as needed.
  • Participates in team devotions and prayer before services.
  • Communicates promptly regarding scheduling conflicts or absences.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in at least one instrument or vocal part. (Required)
  • Ability to read basic chord charts or sheet music. (Required)
  • Active member or regular attendee of the church. (Required)
  • Commitment to a lifestyle consistent with the church's statement of faith. (Required)
  • Teachable spirit and willingness to receive musical and spiritual direction. (Required)
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality. (Required)
  • Basic knowledge of contemporary Christian worship music. (Required)
  • Prior experience playing in a church or worship setting. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with in-ear monitor systems. (Preferred)

Salary range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
