Familiarity with case management databases, note-taking tools, and sometimes certification in mental health first aid or peer support training are commonly beneficial. High emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to maintain confidentiality help individuals stand out in this position. A common challenge for Professional Listeners is managing emotional fatigue or compassion fatigue, as the role involves regularly hearing about clients' stressful or distressing experiences. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow our local agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
