Train, coach, and support team members to maintain safety, quality, and standards during installations and removals.
Oversee daily job planning, monitor progress, and report issues to company leaders.
The Perfect Light has served Texas homes and businesses for more than 26 years. We have earned over 2,000 five-star reviews by doing great work and taking care of our customers.
We need a strong leader to run our Christmas-lighting crews.
This job is for someone who takes action, solves problems, and gets work done right. We want a leader—not someone who waits to be told what to do.
