About the Role:

Are you someone who can spot a wrinkle from a mile away and loves creating perfection in every guest room? We're looking for a Housekeeping Inspector with a sharp eye, a passion for quality, and the drive to lead our housekeeping team to the next level! You'll play a vital role in delivering the clean, comfortable, and flawless experience our guests rave about.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and presentation

  • Ensure all rooms meet brand and quality standards before guest check-in

  • Coach and motivate room attendants to achieve excellence

  • Report and follow up on maintenance and service needs

  • Maintain housekeeping supply levels and inventory

  • Assist with training new team members

  • Support the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling and team coordination

  • Jump in to clean when needed-you're not afraid to lead by example!


Qualifications:
  • Previous housekeeping experience required; prior inspector/supervisor experience preferred

  • High attention to detail-nothing gets past you!
