We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Estimating Manager to join our team. Specializing in cutting-edge structural steel projects across North America, we are dedicated to excellence and innovation in every project we undertake.


The Estimating Manager will drive and support project success from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of structural steel detailing, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of leading estimating teams. This role requires someone who can not only prepare precise cost estimates but also manage and optimize resources effectively to meet both client needs and company goals.


What You'll do:


  • Work directly on budget creation and precision in estimating project scopes.
  • Proficient with blueprint reading and document review to craft accurate estimates.
  • Able to manage meticulous structural and miscellaneous takeoffs.
  • Consummate professional is timely with presentations and well-crafted estimates.
  • Has experience leading and guiding a dynamic team of 5-10 estimators.
  • Be the go-to person for new and existing clients, guiding them with confidence and expertise.
  • Use industry knowledge to promote short and long-term project solutions.
  • Ability to take the initiative and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Support departmental operations by creating comprehensive documentation and implementing consistent standards and best practices.
